Music events at the Beatnik?

What happened to them?

There are so many fine musical artists in this area, so... I was just wondering why aren't any of them scheduled to play on weekends at the Beatnik?

What's going on there? Word has it that the Beatnik is going under. Since Nicole's departure, it sure seems like this is what is happening.

I hate to see a great local venue go under. Is there anything I can do to help? Let me know.
